Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy governs all transactions made with Schweitzer Concrete Co. through our website schweitzfloors.com . Our business specializes in nationwide flooring services, including installation, refinishing, and resurfacing. We are located at 5630 156th St, Grimes, IA, 50111-8030, USA. 1. Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments must be made using approved methods, including major credit cards, ACH transfers, or authorized business checks. A detailed invoice will be provided for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a minimum of 50% deposit is required before scheduling or starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.

2. Deposits and Scheduling

All deposits are non-refundable once service has commenced. Scheduling is confirmed only after receipt of the initial deposit. Schweitzer Concrete Co. reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment availability, or site conditions that could affect work quality or safety.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours may result in a fee up to 15% of the total estimated project cost to cover administrative and preparation expenses.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of service may forfeit the deposit.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be issued once services have begun or materials have been ordered on your behalf, unless Schweitzer Concrete Co. is at fault for failure to deliver as agreed.
  • If a service is cancelled before work has started and materials have not been ordered, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of the company.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5. Service Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our flooring work. A limited workmanship guarantee of 12 months is provided for eligible services. If you identify any defects related to our installation or finishing work, contact us within the warranty period to request an inspection and corrective service, if applicable.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Polk County, Iowa.
